Information We Collect
Personal Information of Users:
We collect the following personal information in connection with the Services:
(a) if you register as an user of our Services, we will collect the personal information you submit to us, including but not limited to your name, location, and personal e-mail address;

The Services allows users to upload and submit 3D models, images, and related content, along with captions, comments and other information. All data uploaded by users is referred to in this Policy as “Uploaded Data.”

We, along with our third-party service providers, may use web tracking technologies such as cookies and web beacons in order to operate the Services efficiently and to collect data related to usage of the Services.
Such collected data (“Tracking Information”) may include the address of the websites you visited before and after you visited the Service, the type of browser you are using, access times, your IP address, what pages in the Services you visit and what links you clicked on, user preferences, and whether you opened email communications we send to you.
Aggregated and Non-personal Information:
We will also create statistical, aggregated data relating to our users and the Services for analytical purposes (“Aggregate Information”). Aggregate Information is derived from Personal Information, Tracking Information and Uploaded Data but in its aggregated form it does not duplicate or reveal any Uploaded Data or relate to or identify any individual.

Uploaded Data:
We collect and store Uploaded Data in order to provide the Services to you, and it may be used for the purposes of developing, distributing, providing, improving, marketing, and promoting the Services.
With respect to the “STYLY Business”, all data uploaded with a status of “Public” may be used, without being limited to the above purposes, within the scope of our general business purpose (including use for publicity, advertising and commercial use as paid content).
Tracking Information:
We use Tracking Information to administer the Services and to understand how well our Services are working, to store your user preferences, and to develop statistical information on usage of the Services. This helps us improve our Services, personalize your user experience, and to measure overall effectiveness. You may be able to modify your browser settings to alter which web tracking technologies are permitted when you use the Service, but this may affect the performance of the Services.
Aggregate Information:
Aggregate Information may be used to understand our customer base and to develop, improve and market the Services and PVRL’s other products or services, including but not limited to consulting services and data vending.
With Whom We Share Your Information
Personal Information and Uploaded Data:
We do not share your Personal Information or, Personal Information of Others or Uploaded Data (collectively, the “Stored Information”) with others except as indicated below or when we inform you and give you an opportunity to opt out of having your Personal Information shared. We may share the Stored Information or Uploaded Data with:
- Group Companies: We may share the Stored Information with our subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, and other group companies that have a close relationship with us.
- Service providers: We may share the Stored Information with our authorized service providers that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, delivering packages, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analysis, supporting our Services.

Network Operators:
Use of the Services may involve use of the services of third party telecommunications carriers. These carriers are not our contractors, and any information that a carrier collects in connection with your use of the Services is not “Personal Information” and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of telecommunications carriers.
Business Transfers:
In the event that PVRL is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
Collection of User Information by Niantic, Inc.
STYLY implements Lightship ARDK, an AR creation tool provided by Niantic, Inc.
Users may use various features provided by Lightship ARDK in the course of using the Service. In such cases, Niantic, Inc. will collect the following information about users under its privacy policy.
a) Device information such as device OS, model, and configuration settings
b) In-app activity data such as ARDK features used (e.g semantic segmentation, meshing, multiplayer)
c) Log information such as unique user IDs as well as performance and other diagnostic data
d) Geospatial information derived from the device camera, which is not persistently stored
e) Visual Positioning Service (VPS)
f) Location information, including GPS information
g) Geospatial information and images collected from the device camera and sensors
