The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s accelerator outbound program, aimed at maintaining and growing Tokyo’s competitiveness as an international city, is a program operated by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) to support the global expansion of startups and similar companies based in Tokyo.
This program encompasses six courses in total, focusing on Silicon Valley, New York, Singapore, Manila, London, and Europe. It collaborates with global accelerators who are well-versed in each region’s ecosystem. The program offers various opportunities such as boot camps, mentoring with mentors, and participation in exhibitions, thereby providing chances for forming business partnerships and securing funding from investors
